FAQ Rewards Program for Preferred Customer
What is Preferred Customer Rewards Program ?
This is an exciting Rewards Program for our existing and new Preferred Customers, for creating a memorable journey with Herbalife Nutrition India. For every qualifying order placed by a Preferred Customer, rewards will automatically be added to the same order.

When does the Preferred Customer Rewards Program launch?
The Preferred Customer Rewards Program launches on 1st February 2023.
What is the overall duration of the promotion?
The duration of the Preferred Customer Rewards Program is 12 months, starting from the month of entry.

Please note, for New Preferred Customers, the Rewards Program entry shall start from February 2023, and the last month for entry shall be January 2024.
For Existing Preferred Customers, entry for Rewards Programs shall start from the launch of the Program i.e. 1st February 2023, and the last month for entry shall be 30th April 2023.

Who is the Existing Preferred Customer? Who is New Preferred Customer? All Preferred Customers whose IDs are active as of 31st January 2023 will be called Existing Preferred Customers. All Preferred Customers whose IDs are activated from 1st February 2023 will be called New Preferred Customers.
Is it mandatory for me to have 1st Feb 2023 as the date of joining? No, it is not mandatory to have 1st February 2023 as the joining date for the Preferred Customer Rewards Program. However, existing Preferred Customers can participate in the Preferred Customer Rewards Program from the launch date of the Rewards Program i.e. February 2023, and the last month for entry shall be April 2023. New Preferred Customers can join from the launch of the Rewards Program i.e. 1st February 2023 and the last month for entry shall be 31st January 2024. All Preferred Customer IDs as of 31st Jan 2023 will be called Existing Preferred Customers.

Is the Preferred Customer Rewards Program open to all? Is it mandatory to have India as a processing country to be a part of the Preferred Customer Rewards Program? Yes, all the Preferred Customers with processing country as India are eligible to participate in the Preferred Customer Rewards Program. The Preferred Customer Rewards Program is open to only existing and new Preferred Customers.
My Sponsor is from a different country (outside India) & I am signed up as a Preferred Customer in India, am I eligible to participate in the Preferred Customer Rewards Program? Yes, all the Preferred Customers with processing country as India are eligible to participate in the Preferred Customer Rewards Program.
How many levels are there in Preferred Customer Rewards Program and what are the criteria to reach the next level? The Preferred Customer Rewards Program has four levels, ‘Happiness’, ‘Joy’, ‘Delight’, and ‘Delight Pro’. Happiness is open for all existing Preferred Customers and new Preferred Customers.

Levels of our Rewards Program
Upon entry into the Rewards Program, the Preferred Customer shall be eligible to qualify for the Happiness level. Once the Preferred Customer accumulates 50 Volume Points in a month, the Preferred Customer shall qualify Happiness level and shall become eligible to qualify for the Joy level.
Upon accumulating +100 Volume Points in succeeding two (2) consecutive months, the Preferred Customer shall qualify Joy level and become eligible to qualify for the Delight level.
Upon accumulating +350 Volume Points in succeeding four (4) consecutive months, the Preferred Customer shall qualify Delight level and become eligible to qualify for the Delight Pro level.
Upon accumulating +500 volume points in the succeeding five (5) consecutive months, the Preferred Custom- er shall qualify Delight Pro level and the Preferred Customer Rewards Program shall come to an end for the said Preferred Customer.
Note: To qualify for every level, the accumulated Volume Points should be achieved within the subsequent time period.
I am a new Preferred Customer and signed up on 25th February 2023, will I get one month i.e. up to 24th March 2023 to accumulate 50 Volume Points to achieve the Happiness Reward? No, to achieve a Happiness reward, Preferred Customer has to accumulate 50 volume points within the same month i.e. February 2023.
I am a new Preferred Customer and I signed up in the month of February 2023 & have not accumulated Volume Points in the same month, will I be eligible for Happiness Reward in the subsequent month? It is recommended to accumulate Volume Points in the same month in which the Preferred Customer has signed up. If the Volume Points are not accumulated in the month of the sign-up month i.e. February, the Preferred Customer will not be eligible for the Reward.
I accumulated 100 Volume Points in February 2023 and qualified for the Happiness Reward Program with 50 Volume Points. May I use the remaining 50 Volume Points for the ‘JOY’ Reward Program which starts in March 2023?
No, the Preferred Customer cannot carry forward the VPs. Even if 100 PPV is completed it shall be accounted only towards the Happiness Rewards Program. PCs are requested to start accumulating 100 PPV in the subsequent two months to qualify for Joy Level.
Will a Preferred Customer be entitled to only 1 gift at a time or can avail all the gifts within 1 month? Yes, the Preferred Customer Rewards Program is a program spread over a duration of 12 months from the month of entry. A Preferred Customer can redeem only 1 Qualified gift upon completion of each level. How shall I notify Herbalife Nutrition in case of any concerns / issues pertaining to the Rewards Program gift?
