Levels of our Rewards Program
Upon entry into the Rewards Program, the Preferred Customer shall be eligible to qualify for the Happiness level. Once the Preferred Customer accumulates 50 Volume Points in a month, the Preferred Customer shall qualify Happiness level and shall become eligible to qualify for the Joy level.
Upon accumulating +100 Volume Points in succeeding two (2) consecutive months, the Preferred Customer shall qualify Joy level and become eligible to qualify for the Delight level.
Upon accumulating +350 Volume Points in succeeding four (4) consecutive months, the Preferred Customer shall qualify Delight level and become eligible to qualify for the Delight Pro level.
Upon accumulating +500 volume points in the succeeding five (5) consecutive months, the Preferred Custom- er shall qualify Delight Pro level and the Preferred Customer Rewards Program shall come to an end for the said Preferred Customer.
Note: To qualify for every level, the accumulated Volume Points should be achieved within the subsequent time period.
I am a new Preferred Customer and signed up on 25th February 2023, will I get one month i.e. up to 24th March 2023 to accumulate 50 Volume Points to achieve the Happiness Reward? No, to achieve a Happiness reward, Preferred Customer has to accumulate 50 volume points within the same month i.e. February 2023.
